New ceramic works by Malene Müllertz.

Ceramist Malene Müllertz often finds inspiration outside the world of ceramics, for example in items made of metal, plastic, wood or fabrics. The exhibition displays a number of recent works, many of which are made from combined threads of clay, reminiscent of basketry, textiles or knitted goods. Malene Müllertz translates the impressions into light constructions in which form and ornament, literally, come together as one.

Network is shown at the Danish Museum of Art & Design from 12 January to 25 March 2007.
