Danish traditions based on family meals – with a New Nordic twist. Here is our menu. It is updated on an ongoing basis, so the menu when you arrive may be slightly different. We often make changes to make our daily work and your visit even more exciting. Bon appetit.

We recommend 2 pieces per person.

Duck rillette
radicchio, pomegranate and balsamic vinegar, mustard

Tartar of salted beef
capers, browned butter, celery

”Rullepølse” traditional cold cut lamb 
celery remoulade, shallots, sage

Mushroom paté
balsamic mayo, chicory, nut touille

Chicken salad
curry, cabbage, apple, crisp ham

”Gravad” lax
saltbaked parsley root, dill, toasted hazelnuts

Christmas Herring
crème fraîche, lardon, red onion

FOR THE LITTLE ONES

Kid’s menu, comes with applejuice. Choose between:
