Danish traditions based on family meals – with a New Nordic twist. Here is our menu. It is updated on an ongoing basis, so the menu when you arrive may be slightly different. We often make changes to make our daily work and your visit even more exciting. Bon appetit.

Cabbage and mixed greens
mustard vinaigrette, homemade bread + salmon or goat cheese

Rillette of rabbit
wild ramson capers, egg creme, beet, rye
