Danish traditions based on family meals – with a New Nordic twist. Here is our menu. It is updated on an ongoing basis, so the menu when you arrive may be slightly different. We often make changes to make our daily work and your visit even more exciting. Bon appetit.

LUNCH DISHES

Soup of the day
homemade bread

Cabbage & mixed greens
mustard vinaigrette, add salmon or goat cheese

Shell-on shrimps
bagna cauda, brioche, fennel, grilled lemon

We recommend 2 pieces per person.

new Danish potatoes, radish, cucumber, peas, smoked cheese, cruspy ham

Pâté of mushrooms
red onion, walnut, mizuna, chanterelle, balsamic mayo

Curry herring
salted herring from Norway, curry, caper berry, grapes, dill

Beetroot salmon
Salmon from Faroe Island, cabbage, cream cheese, almond, lemon pearls, beetroot

Cockerel salad
cockerel from Southern Jutland, mushroom chip, baby peach, cucmber, cress

Veal roast
Danish veal, tarragon, potato chip, red onion, chervil

FOR THE LITTLE ONES

Kid’s skewer – meatballs or chicken
the chef’s bbq ketchup, cucumber, carrot, bread
