Support the Museum

After you have approved your contact information, you will be redirected to our payment module. By entering your credit card information and approving the payment, you accept that the amount you enter will be deducted from your account. The amount will only be deducted one time. You have no right of cancellation on your donation.

Security
The payment will take place over ourSSL encrypted secure serve. This E-payment is approved by Nets. The service is delivered by ePay.dk.

Booking of educational programmes and guided tours

Terms of trade and delivery for the booking of educational programmes and guided tours:

  1. Prices

    All prices are in Danish kroner and do not include VAT, because educational services are not subject to VAT. .
  2. Payment
    Via Dankort, VisaDankort and e-Dankort. When you order, enter your card number, your card’s expiration date and your card’s control number. It is free to use payment cards – we will pay all the fees. All of your information is encrypted between the customer and Designmuseum Danmark.
  3. Order confirmation
    When you book an educational programme or guided tour, you will receive an order confirmation immediately via e-mail.
  4. Changes and cancellations
    If too few people have signed up for an event or programme, we reserve the right to cancel it. Fees that have been paid will be refunded.
    If we cancel: We reserve the right to cancel in the case of illness. In this case, you will be notified of the changes by telephone or e-mail.
    Rules about 14 days right of cancellation do not apply to the purchase of educational programmes. Please refer to the Forbrugeraftalelovens § 9, stk. 2.
    We cannot be responsible for incorrectly stated prices or printer errors. We reserve the right to make changes.
  5. Responsibility
    It is parents’ responsibility to make sure children attend educational programmes. The Designskolen for children and teenagers does not take roll call at the beginning of lessons.
    The lessons will occasionally take place at locations outside the museum, for example a designer’s workshop. This means that children will sometimes have to be dropped off and picked up someplace else than at the museum. This will be announced well in advance.
  6. Security of personal data
    Information used for registration will be stored: name, address and email will be stored alongside information about which product you purchased for five years. We do this to provide you with the best possible service and so that we can continue to develop our services. We do not give or sell your information to third parties.

Fees on international credit cards

When you pay an entrance fee or make a purchase in the museum shop or café, the museum will include a fee on both Danish and foreign-issued international credit cards, (such as Eurocard, MasterCard, Amex and Diners Club). The amount will correspond to what the card service charges us.
