In the heart of Designmuseum Danmark<\/span><\/span>, visitors will find the caf\u00e9 FORMAT, a relaxed museum caf\u00e9 where design and food come together. Iconic Danish furniture pieces set the scene, with views over the museum\u2019s peaceful, protected garden.<\/strong><\/p>\n

FORMAT is open to the public and does not require museum admission. It serves as a natural stop for both museum visitors and passers-by looking for coffee, lunch, or something sweet in calm surroundings.<\/p>\n

A simple approach to food<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The kitchen is run by Astrid Dalgaard M\u00f8lgaard and Jeppe Graa. Their approach is straightforward: good ingredients, simply prepared.<\/p>\n

The menu changes with the seasons and is based on organic Danish produce, complemented by international inspiration. The focus is on quality rather than complexity, allowing flavour and ingredients to take centre stage.<\/p>\n
