Admission
Free access to the workshop with a museum ticket. Children under 18 enjoy free admission to the museum but must still register for a ticket.

In the high-ceilinged, historic surroundings of Designmuseum Danmark, a new children’s workshop opens in the Banquet Hall – normally closed to the public. The family workshop is not just a playground, but also a space for concentration and curious exploration. Children can experiment with materials and techniques and, perhaps, get a sense of the design process.

This workshop takes inspiration from the museum’s current exhibition LABORATORIUM Anders Hermansen, which explores the Danish designer’s creative process and his work with ‘wire sketches’.
