Library
The Designmuseum’s library is the largest in the Nordic countries within the area of design and crafts. It is public and open free to everyone, and is a museum library, research library, and a main subject library within the Danish library system.
The library’s goal is to make accessible knowledge, information, and documentation about crafts and industrial design. The library aims to inspire development with design and be a source of research in the areas of design and art history.

The Designmuseum’s library is the largest in the Nordic countries within the areas of design, crafts, graphic design and production design, as well as Asian art and handicrafts. The library consists of three sections: the book collection, the archive of Danish Design and the poster collection.
The library is a public, nationwide library. All are welcome.
