Copenhagen Jazz Festival: Harbeck/Hvid

Join us for a jazz concert with the award-winning tenor saxophonist Jan Harbeck and bassist Ida Hvid in the green garden of the Designmuseum Danmark as part of the Copenhagen Jazz Festival.
This summer offers a series of free jazz concerts in the museum garden during the Copenhagen Jazz Festival. This Friday afternoon, you can experience tenor saxophonist Jan Harbeck and bassist Ida Hvid in a rare intimate duo format. Listen as they create acoustic landscapes of melodies and moods accompanied by a strong groove and present beat. Jan Harbeck and Ida Hvid have several collaborations behind them – including Monday Night Big Band and NJS Quintet. Jan Harbeck has previously received a Danish Music Award, the Bent Jædig Prize, and the prestigious Ben Webster Prize.
At the FORMAT museum café’s outdoor seating, you can enjoy cold/hot drinks or get something to eat during the concert.
