In the museum’s children’s workshop, there is plenty of room for imagination as we work with linocut printing.

Step into the workshop, where imagination runs free and hands are sure to get messy. In the family workshop, children and their accompanying adults are introduced to basic techniques, carve their own motifs, and print colourful posters.

The workshop is inspired by the exhibition Japan Modern Poster, which presents Japanese poster design from the post-war period to today, filled with colour, graphic elements, and bold visual expressions.

The workshop offers a space for immersion and hands-on exploration, where children can experiment with materials, learn a craft, and create unique works to take home.
