This winter holiday, we invite children and families to our Design Workshop for a unique and hands-on upcycling experience. Here, you’ll have the chance to transform recycled textiles into beautiful, functional creations – a quilted purse, a pencil case, or another imaginative design.

Drawing inspiration from our current exhibition AKUT #6: Fabric of Change, the workshop showcases how discarded fabrics can be given new life through mindful redesign. We use fabrics from Textilia (formerly known as danske forenede dampvaskerier) whose work is featured in the exhibition.

Age
Ages 7 and up to 18. Children and young people must be accompanied by an adult.
